Hi everyone,
I hope you are well and had a safe start to the new year.
Thank you for working with me in 2025. I really appreciate your trust, your teamwork, and your commitment. It means a lot to support you, your families, and your care teams.
This year’s theme is “Let’s Keep Going in ’26.”
It reminds us that we don’t need to rush. We can take things step by step, together.

What’s Changing in the NDIS in 2026?
The NDIS is making some changes this year to make things fairer, clearer, and easier to understand. These changes will start gradually from mid‑2026.
Here are the main updates in simple language:
A new way of planning will begin later in the year
Plans will focus more on what support you need day‑to‑day, not just assessments
There will be fewer plan reviews, and plans may last longer
A new support‑needs assessment will be used to help set budgets fairly
The NDIS is working on better systems to protect your identity and information
There is now a clearer definition of what NDIS funding can and can’t be used for
You do not need to do anything right now.
Your current plan is still valid and can be used as normal.

How I Will Support You Through These Changes
My role is to help you understand the NDIS and feel confident with your plan.
I don’t provide hands‑on care — I support you by coordinating your services, helping you understand your funding, and working with your care team and health professionals.
In 2026, you can expect:
Client‑centered support coordination
Your goals, comfort, and choices come first.
Clear, simple communication
I will explain changes in easy language and check in regularly.
Safe and private handling of your information
I follow strict privacy rules and only share information when you say it’s okay.
Help to understand and manage your NDIS funding
I help you understand your budget and spending.
Support with the new planning changes
I will help you prepare for the new support‑needs assessment when it begins.
Working with your care team and health professionals
I help everyone stay connected and on the same page.
A calm, steady approach
No pressure. No rushing. We move at your pace.

We’ll Get Through These Changes Together
The NDIS is changing, but you’re not doing it alone.
I’m here to guide you, explain things clearly, and help you feel supported every step of the way.
Thank you for trusting me to support you and for staying engaged with me. Your support helps my small business continue this work with care and respect.
Warm regards,
Maggi
