About Stronger Foundations

Stronger Foundations is a trauma‑informed, client‑led practice supporting people with psychosocial disability, trauma histories, and complex support needs. My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the belief that every person deserves support that feels safe, steady, and aligned with their own goals and values.

I bring a background in psychotherapy, trauma practice, and specialist capacity‑building, along with extensive experience supporting people to navigate the NDIS, mental health systems, and aged‑care pathways. This blend of clinical depth and practical coordination allows me to walk alongside you in a way that honours your story and strengthens your sense of control.

My Approach

I take time to understand what matters to you — your strengths, your preferences, your cultural needs, and the pace that feels right. Recovery and wellbeing look different for everyone, and there is no single “right way” to move forward. Some people focus on stability, others on connection, independence, or rebuilding confidence. Whatever your priorities, I support you to make decisions that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My practice is guided by:

  • Safety and trust — creating a space where you feel heard and respected

  • Collaboration — working with you, not for you

  • Clarity — helping you navigate systems without overwhelm

  • Capacity‑building — strengthening skills, confidence, and independence

  • Dignity and autonomy — you remain in control of your journey

Who I Support

I work with people experiencing:

  • Psychosocial disability

  • Trauma histories

  • Complex support needs

  • System navigation challenges

  • Transitions between NDIS and aged care

  • Limited or disrupted support networks

I also collaborate closely with families, carers, support workers, and other professionals to ensure your supports are connected, consistent, and aligned with your goals.

A Practice Built on Relationship

At the heart of Stronger Foundations is a simple belief:
People do better when they feel safe, understood, and supported in ways that honour their lived experience.

My role is to walk alongside you — steady, present, and respectful — as you build the foundations that matter most in your life.
