Services
As a small business in the NDIS Support Coordination industry, I understand the importance of providing personalized and individualized services to each of my clients. I bring my expertise, experience and a deep commitment to ensuring that all my clients are supported in the best way possible.
Support Connection L1
Short‑term support to help you get started with your NDIS plan.
Support Connection helps you understand your plan, explore your options, and begin engaging with providers. This level of support is usually funded for people who need light‑touch assistance to get things moving.
I can help you:
-
understand your plan and funding
-
identify suitable services
-
make initial contact with providers
-
build confidence to manage your supports independently
Support Connection is not commonly funded, but when it is, I tailor it to your pace and preferences.
Specialist Support Coordination L3
For people with complex needs, multiple systems involved, or higher‑level risks.

Specialist Support Coordination is designed for people who require a higher level of support to stabilise their situation, strengthen their network, and manage complex or high‑risk environments.
This may involve:
-
coordinating multiple services (mental health, housing, justice, health, aged care)
-
supporting you through significant transitions
-
developing strategies to reduce risks and increase stability
-
ensuring your supports are safe, consistent, and responsive
Please note:
I currently do not have capacity to take on new Specialist Support Coordination participants.
You are still welcome to contact me for guidance or referrals.
